Our team have got many different specialties, but we all have one thing in common – we love health and fitness, we love making people feel better and we love seeing people get the results they want.
Alex Doggett – Personal Trainer
Owner of Cotswolds Health and Fitness Club, Alex has been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for 9 years, working with a range of different clients to help them achieve their goals.
His main interest is in rehabilitation and recovery work using functional training techniques to provide core strength, pain relief and improved posture and alignment. When training with Alex, the focus is not all about fitness. Confidence, nutrition, lifestyle, and enjoyment all play a very important part.
“It’s been 12 years since my stroke left much of body paralysed. I’ve been to various rehabilitation centres and gyms, making a slow but steady recovery progress. I was then recommended to see Alex some 2 years ago.
“Since then Alex has worked on, and is continuing to do so to great effect, my many weaknesses. His enthusiastic and empathetic approach to both my physical and mental needs is outstanding.
“I am amazed at what progress I have made in the relatively short period I have been training with Alex and have no qualms in recommending his work to anyone. My only regret is that I hadn’t come across someone like Alex earlier!”
