- 50-minute sessions, with the option to warm up independently beforehand if appropriate

Personal Training Options & Prices
We offer a range of personal training options to suit different goals, schedules and levels of support.
Our most structured option is our monthly personal training package, which includes one personal training session per week on a fixed day and time. This provides structure and consistency, helping you build training into your routine and progress steadily over time.
For those who need more flexibility, one-off sessions are also available. These can be booked up to a week in advance and are ideal if you’re unsure about committing to regular weekly sessions.
Monthly Personal Training Packages
- One session per week with Kelsey — from £185 per month
- One session per week with Vicki — from £175 per month
- One session per week with Megan — from £175 per month
Discounts are available for more than one session per week.
One-Off Personal Training Sessions
- Single session — £65
Personal training services at the gym are delivered by experienced trainers employed by Coordinated Therapies Limited, or by independent practitioners operating within the facility.
