Injury Rehab

You’ve seen your doctor, perhaps had surgery, been referred and discharged by a physio. So what’s next?

Firstly, your journey has just started. There is a road ahead which will lead to a vast improvement in your symptoms.

But this is not just a physical journey, it’s a mental and emotional one too.

We will work with you and support you on this journey, like we have with countless others. We will help you turn what can seem like a helpless situation into something life changing with goals, progress and positivity.

  • Post-surgery rehabilitation
  • Pre-surgery preparation
  • Stroke
  • Parkinsons
  • Knee replacements
  • Back injuries
You are capable of anything, its our job to show you.

A stroke in 1998 left much of body paralysed. I’ve been to various rehabilitation centres and gyms, making a slow but steady recovery progress. I was then recommended to see Alex in 2006.

Since then Alex has worked on, and is continuing to do so to great effect, my many weaknesses. His enthusiastic and empathetic approach to both my physical and mental needs is outstanding.

I am amazed at what progress I have made in the relatively short period I have been training with Alex and have no qualms in recommending his work to anyone. My only regret is that I hadn’t come across someone like Alex earlier!
